TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Wrocław, Poland. This is a hybrid/primarily on-site position.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day operations while improving performance across cost, speed, and scalability.
• Design and implement operational processes, workflows, and software solutions to improve efficiency.
• Manage and develop cross-functional teams across design, warehouse, assembly, and service coordination.
• Define operational KPIs and own departmental budgets to improve company profitability.
• Lead the transition toward AI-agentic workflows and AI-native operational systems.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to enhance execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading operations in manufacturing, logistics, or high-growth companies.
• Proven experience designing and scaling complex operational systems and business processes.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L metrics.
• Fluent English (C1 or above) is required.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Wrocław, Poland.
• Experience driving operational transformation through automation or AI tools is highly preferred.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German or Polish.
• Experience building AI-native workflows or AI agents.
