Salary: £126,000 – £172,000 + Equity

Ramp is building smart infrastructure for finance teams to automate spend flow and financial operations for thousands of companies.
What you will do
- Advise on legal and regulatory matters across UK and EU fintech operations, including payment services licensing and data protection.
- Negotiate and draft commercial agreements, including bank-partner arrangements and customer-facing terms.
- Partner with Product, Compliance, Risk, and Finance teams to structure and launch new products and payment flows.
- Build practical, scalable legal processes, templates, and issue-escalation frameworks for the international organization.
- Support corporate expansion, including entity formation, governance, and local employment matters.
Requirements
- Qualified attorney authorized to practice in the UK.
- Substantial in-house or law-firm experience supporting regulated financial-services businesses.
- Strong working knowledge of UK and EU payments, e-money, and technology requirements.
- Ability to advise cross-functionally on product, commercial, and operational matters in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with experience coordinating external counsel across multiple jurisdictions.

- Experience supporting a high-growth fintech across multiple European markets.

- Experience working directly with regulators.
