Salary: UK: £67,000 - £91,000 | Spain: €51,500 - €69,500 | UAE: AED 354,500 - AED 479,500

What you will do
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including partnership, vendor, distribution, and telecom-related contracts.
- Provide legal advice to Commercial, Product, and Marketing teams regarding contractual risk and deal structuring.
- Support data privacy compliance efforts, focusing on GDPR and other regional frameworks.
- Monitor and interpret telecommunications and consumer protection regulations across key operating markets.
- Maintain and optimize contract templates, playbooks, and legal operations tooling.
- Coordinate corporate governance, entity management, and collaboration with external counsel.
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) or equivalent with 2+ years PQE.
- Strong experience in general commercial practice, specifically drafting and negotiating business agreements.
- Ability to provide direct legal advice in plain language during the product design stage.
- Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of contracts independently.
- Must be based in Spain, the UK, or the UAE.
- English: C1 level required as the primary working language.

- In-house experience within a technology or digital product company operating internationally.
- Exposure to telecommunications or consumer protection regulatory frameworks.
- Experience building legal operations tooling or contract automation (e.g., Juro).
