Director, Product Owner (Biotech)

What you will do

• Own the integrated lifecycle and commercialization agenda for mFLUSIVA, mCOMBRIAX, and mRESVIA across markets, indications, launches, regulatory changes, transfers, and discontinuations.
• Lead cross-functional product teams spanning CMC, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Regulatory stakeholders.
• Develop product value-chain, supply-chain, and manufacturing-network strategies, including capacity, multi-site configurations, transfers, and disruption readiness.
• Integrate clinical and commercial supply planning, inventory strategy, master-data readiness, and the transition from launch to steady-state supply.
• Manage post-launch product performance, lifecycle risks, KPIs, regulatory variations, artwork, labeling, packaging, serialization, and traceability.
• Use data, digital capabilities, and Generative AI to support scenario planning, decision-making, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, focused on Supply Chain, CMC Program Management, Value Chain Leadership, or similar roles.
• Experience with CMC commercialization and value creation in the biopharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, align supply-chain strategies with business goals, synthesize data, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
