ERP Product and Functional Lead (SAP S/4HANA)

What you will do

• Own the SAP S/4HANA Finance product and lead governance as Technology Product Owner.
• Run Design Authority sessions and maintain Finance system roadmaps aligned with SAP S/4HANA standards and GXP requirements.
• Lead solution design, business cases, and functional direction for internal teams and third-party delivery partners.
• Oversee functional support for SAP FICO and connected applications including FSCM, banking connectivity, Concur, and Esker.
• Guide resolution of complex issues across P2P, O2C, inter-company, and month- and year-end processes.
• Support financial data structures, profit center setups, and process integrations for new market entity rollouts.

Requirements

• 10–12+ years of ERP implementation and operational support experience.
• Strong functional foundations in SAP S/4HANA FICO.
• Experience managing onshore and offshore AMS vendors and project delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of R2R, P2P, O2C, inter-company transactions, banking connectivity, and LFR/IFRS requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with senior Finance and Shared Services leaders.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharmaceuticals or highly regulated manufacturing and CPG environments, including GXP exposure.
• Experience with Esker, Concur, and Oracle EBS.
• SAP certification or Agile/project management qualifications.
• Management consulting experience or a background in complex global industries.
