Sr. Manager, Intelligent Supply Chain (SAP)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid 70/30 work model with 70% in-office collaboration. The role works across global time zones on a day shift.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap and prioritized backlog for intelligent supply chain planning capabilities.
• Translate planner and stakeholder needs into business requirements, process designs, priorities, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate Digital, SAP, Data, Planning, manufacturing-site, and external partner delivery across milestones, dependencies, pilots, and adoption activities.
• Improve planning master-data quality, governance, monitoring, exception reporting, and remediation routines.
• Develop the Planner Help Hub and drive Advanced Scenario Planning from intake through analysis, costing, approval, and implementation.
• Shape cross-site scheduling, SAP ePPDS, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled planning capabilities while tracking adoption and business benefits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, planning systems, digital transformation, or business product ownership.
• Working knowledge of supply planning, master data, manufacturing capacity, inventory, and connected business processes.
• Experience with SAP planning or comparable enterprise planning systems and translating business needs into requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional delivery, manage dependencies, influence stakeholders, and support adoption through training, communication, and change management.
• Professional proficiency in English is required for global collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or another regulated manufacturing environment, including GxP, validation, and change control.
• Familiarity with SAP IBP, SAP ERP planning, ePPDS, planning master-data governance, scenario planning, S&OP, or manufacturing scheduling.
• Experience with product or portfolio management, agile delivery, workflow automation, analytics, low-code solutions, or AI-enabled decision support.
• Experience building self-service support channels, knowledge resources, communities of practice, or digital champion networks.
• ASCM/APICS, SAP, product-management, project-management, or change-management certification.
