What you will do
- Own day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of large fleet customers.
- Drive account growth and ensure customers maximize product value.
- Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews.
- Manage the onboarding process from Sales to Customer Success.
- Provide actionable insights and reporting on electrification progress.
- Act as the voice of the customer to influence product development.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in account management or client success.
- Strong communication skills with experience liaising with senior stakeholders.
- Operational mindset with the ability to plan, scope, and implement solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Genuine passion for sustainability and client experience.
- Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK.
