What you will do
- Partner with the CEO and Executive Committee to evaluate strategic opportunities and investment trade-offs.
- Lead the development and evolution of the Group's five-year strategic plan.
- Translate strategic priorities into clear, actionable business plans and measurable outcomes.
- Drive organizational alignment and engagement with the Group strategy across all functions.
- Assess strategic performance and identify opportunities to accelerate growth or intervene where necessary.
- Lead, develop, and inspire a talented team of Strategy Managers.
Requirements
- Significant experience in strategy, management consulting, or corporate development.
- Proven track record of shaping business strategy and influencing major investment decisions.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to distil complex information.
- Strong commercial judgement and experience partnering with Executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
- Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
