What you will do

• Partner with the CEO and Executive Committee to evaluate strategic opportunities and investment trade-offs.
• Lead the development and evolution of the Group's five-year strategic plan.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear, actionable business plans and measurable outcomes.
• Drive organizational alignment and engagement with the Group strategy across all functions.
• Assess strategic performance and identify opportunities to accelerate growth or intervene where necessary.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a talented team of Strategy Managers.

Requirements

• Significant experience in strategy, management consulting, or corporate development.
• Proven track record of shaping business strategy and influencing major investment decisions.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to distil complex information.
• Strong commercial judgement and experience partnering with Executive-level stakeholders.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
