What you will do

• Develop and execute market-level strategy and value creation initiatives across the UK portfolio.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable workstreams and track progress against measurable business outcomes.
• Identify synergies, organic growth opportunities, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Coordinate priority cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment between OpCo management and group stakeholders.
• Produce high-quality analysis and presentations to support senior leadership decision-making.
• Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders by structuring priorities and ensuring effective follow-through.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience across strategy, management consulting, value creation, or business operations.
• 2–3 years of experience specifically in strategy consulting.
• At least one year of experience in an in-house industry role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex topics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels.
• Must be based in London (Hybrid).
