TL;DR

Business Development Representative (Observability): Generating qualified sales pipeline through outbound enterprise prospecting and inbound lead engagement with an accent on high-volume outreach and C-level engagement. Focus on qualifying leads for the hirify.global Observability Platform and Uptrends DEM, managing sales tools, and driving ARR growth in the Americas.

Location: Hybrid (New York, USA)

Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per year

What you will do

  • Generate qualified sales opportunities via high-volume outbound prospecting through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Execute 100+ daily outbound touches targeting enterprise organizations in North and South America.
  • Qualify inbound marketing leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
  • Conduct consultative cold calls with Director, VP, and C-level technology leaders.
  • Manage prospect data and pipeline using Salesforce, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to refine messaging and account strategies.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, or Lead Generation.
  • Must be based in New York, USA for a hybrid work schedule.
  • Experience or ability to quickly master Salesforce, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Comfort with high-volume outbound cold calling.
  • Experience in SaaS or enterprise software is preferred.

Nice to have

  • Experience prospecting into enterprise IT organizations.
  • Familiarity with Observability, APM, DEM, Cloud, or DevOps technologies.
  • Experience engaging C-level technology clients.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
