Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per year

What you will do
- Generate qualified sales opportunities via high-volume outbound prospecting through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Execute 100+ daily outbound touches targeting enterprise organizations in North and South America.
- Qualify inbound marketing leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
- Conduct consultative cold calls with Director, VP, and C-level technology leaders.
- Manage prospect data and pipeline using Salesforce, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to refine messaging and account strategies.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, or Lead Generation.
- Must be based in New York, USA for a hybrid work schedule.
- Experience or ability to quickly master Salesforce, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Comfort with high-volume outbound cold calling.
- Experience in SaaS or enterprise software is preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience prospecting into enterprise IT organizations.
- Familiarity with Observability, APM, DEM, Cloud, or DevOps technologies.
- Experience engaging C-level technology clients.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
