TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Boston, MA, USA)

Salary: $64,000 base / $80,000+ OTE

What you will do

  • Build qualified pipeline by researching and engaging target accounts in assigned territories.
  • Partner with Account Executives to identify priority accounts and outreach strategies.
  • Use email, phone, LinkedIn, and sales tools to connect with IT and business leaders.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Communicate hirify.global’s value proposition to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Track prospecting progress and pipeline contribution in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in SaaS, enterprise technology, or business development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Comfort working toward measurable goals and activity targets.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Boston, MA.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in BDR/SDR, sales, recruiting, or other high-activity customer-facing roles.
  • Experience owning metrics like conversion rates and pipeline generation.
