TL;DR

Focus on setting demo appointments, strategizing account penetration, and optimizing lead generation using modern sales tools.

Location: Fully onsite in Lehi, Utah

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 OTE

hirify.global is a mission-driven Series B startup building an all-in-one HR, payroll, and hiring platform for the hourly workforce.

What you will do

  • Set demo appointments for the Account Executive team with top franchise and corporate groups.
  • Execute outbound outreach via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn using Outreach.
  • Conduct deep research and organize accounts using Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Develop strategic prospecting plans in collaboration with Account Executives to manage assigned books of business.
  • Mentor and coach newer members of the Outbound ADR team through shadowing.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of relevant sales development experience.
  • Ability to articulate value propositions and generate engagement with C-level executives.
  • Strategic thinking skills for building business cases and generating internal/external buy-in.
  • Committed to working onsite in the office five days a week.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
