Business Development Representative (SaaS): Driving pipeline growth through inbound lead qualification and strategic outbound prospecting for an AI-first asset operations platform. Location: Must be based in or able to work from Los Angeles (Hybrid)
Salary: $67,500 base / $96,500 OTE

What you will do
- Respond to and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, trials, and events.
- Execute strategic outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
- Build account plans to understand prospect business challenges and maintenance needs.
- Set Product Qualified Opportunities (PQOs) and convert them into meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate activity and lead data in Salesforce.
- Participate in industry events to generate pipeline through in-person engagement.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of B2B software or SaaS sales development experience.
- Must be comfortable with high-volume outreach, including 150+ calls per day.
- Demonstrated ability to generate Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs).
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar modern CRM tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging.
