TL;DR

Sr. Mid Market Account Manager (WordPress): Driving revenue growth through cross-selling and up-selling WordPress hosting services to existing medium-sized clients with an accent on consultative solution sales. Focus on building strategic executive relationships, managing a robust pipeline via Salesforce, and executing quarterly business reviews to maximize customer value.

Location: Hybrid (Austin, TX). Office attendance is required weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Salary: $90,000 base / $175,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Generate a sales pipeline through referrals, cold-calls, marketing leads, and professional networking.
  • Lead outreach campaigns in collaboration with the customer success team to reactivate prospects.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and on-site visits to support customer growth and needs.
  • Perform application demos and customize sales pitches based on the hirify.global product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with legal and sales engineering teams to manage quotes, SOWs, and the procurement process.
  • Negotiate and close deals using established sales methodologies while providing regular reporting to executives.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of direct sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual quotas.
  • Ability to use two-way discovery to uncover customer needs and match them with technical solutions.
  • Experience building long-term strategic relationships with customer executives.
  • Strong understanding of business practices, industry trends, and competitor landscapes.
  • Proficiency in using sales enablement tools and maintaining Salesforce hygiene.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Austin, TX office on a hybrid schedule.
