What you will do

• Collaborate across the division to identify and understand training needs.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to create courses, track completions, and generate reports.
• Coordinate training logistics, including schedules, room setups, AV needs, and catering.
• Communicate with vendors and external parties regarding L&D opportunities.
• Facilitate training programs in both in-person and virtual formats.
• Evaluate current learning programs to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Communication, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in Learning and Development.
• Proven experience in utilizing and managing an LMS.
• Experience in creating learning journeys and career pathways.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex themes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
