TL;DR

Training and User Adoption Specialist (SaaS): Supporting the delivery of platform training and user adoption activities for client accounts with an accent on facilitating training sessions and creating learning materials. Focus on driving user engagement, supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensuring seamless platform implementation.

Location: United Kingdom (Hybrid: up to 40% from home, occasional travel required for face-to-face sessions)

What you will do

  • Facilitate virtual and face-to-face training sessions for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain training resources, including user guides, presentations, and videos.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing test scripts and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate training communications to drive user engagement during project rollouts.
  • Monitor learner engagement and gather feedback for continuous improvement of training delivery.
  • Collaborate with consultants and project teams to align training with delivery milestones.

Requirements

  • Experience in training, customer support, or client-facing roles (desirable).
  • Ability to create professional presentations and instructional learning materials.
  • Confident communication and presentation skills for engaging groups in learning environments.
  • Comfort with delivering both virtual and in-person classroom-based training.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency with standard IT and presentation tools.
