TL;DR
Technical Coach (Education/Training): Delivering high-quality apprenticeship programmes and developing curriculum content with an accent on learner support and regulatory compliance. Focus on managing learner caseloads, conducting progress reviews, and ensuring alignment with DfE and Ofsted standards.
Location: Hybrid (4 days a week from the London office)

What you will do
- Deliver engaging learning experiences and workshops for apprentices.
- Develop and enhance curriculum content to meet industry standards.
- Manage a caseload of up to 40 learners, providing guidance and support.
- Conduct progress reviews and mark assessments with constructive feedback.
- Ensure compliance with DfE funding rules and Ofsted requirements.
- Collaborate with the Academy team to improve the overall learner journey.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a technical or training/coaching role.
- Proven experience delivering apprenticeship programmes within Ofsted and DfE frameworks.
- Expertise in a technology discipline aligned with business growth.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid from the London office.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and a large learner caseload.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Recognized teaching qualification (AET, CET, PGCE or equivalent).
- Experience with learner management systems such as OneFile, SmartAssessor, Aptem, or Bud.
- Knowledge of AI and its implementation across organizations.
- Experience contributing to self-assessment, quality improvement planning, or Ofsted preparation.
