Location: Hybrid (London, UK). Ability to travel throughout the UK and abroad is required.

What you will do

• Lead the full instructor recruitment cycle, including searching, qualifying, and interviewing.
• Deliver Academy Training to ensure instructors meet the highest standards of product delivery.
• Develop and review training content, including e-learning modules, instructor manuals, and educational videos.
• Conduct studio and class audits to maintain product standards and implement corrective measures.
• Deliver weekly Reformer Pilates classes in a local studio as a Master Trainer and Brand Ambassador.
• Design initiatives for instructor engagement, such as summits and ongoing developmental frameworks.

Requirements

• Certified Reformer Pilates instructor with strong technical knowledge of exercise execution and client safety.
• Experience in creating impactful learning experiences for both practical and online environments.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills for facilitating and assessing fellow instructors.
• Must be based in London, UK with the ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• IT literacy and excellent organizational and time management skills.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Spanish or other additional languages.
