TL;DR

Training Specialist (SaaS): Supporting the delivery of hirify.global training and user adoption activities across client accounts with an accent on creating learning materials and facilitating training sessions. Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom; hybrid setup with occasional travel required for face-to-face training.

What you will do

  • Deliver engaging virtual and face-to-face training sessions for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive learning resources, including user guides, videos, and presentations.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing test scripts and accompanying documentation.
  • Coordinate training communications to facilitate project rollouts and increase user engagement.
  • Monitor learner feedback and engagement metrics to continuously improve training delivery.
  • Collaborate with consultants and project teams to align training plans with delivery milestones.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in training, enablement, customer support, or a client-facing role.
  • Proven ability to create professional presentations and instructional materials.
  • Experience or exposure to UAT activities and project delivery environments.
  • Confident communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities across different client accounts.
  • English: Proficiency required for UK-based operations.
