What you will do
- Lead the scope, design, and delivery of impactful learning initiatives for operational teams.
- Create engaging learning experiences including inductions, workshops, and coaching sessions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to align content with the learning capability strategy.
- Implement evaluation frameworks to assess the impact of training programs.
- Analyze performance data and feedback to drive continuous improvement of training content.
- Support the professional growth of the learning and development team.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to Manchester, UK
- Strong experience in learning needs analysis, design, and delivery within fast-paced customer service operations.
- Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders to support organizational goals.
- Expertise in blended learning solutions and modern learning innovation (70:20:10 model).
- Proficiency in using Kirkpatrick’s Evaluation Model.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with an engaging training style.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the Financial Services industry and FCA requirements.
- Professional L&D qualifications such as CTP, CIPD, or NVQ4.
