Salary: $168,800 - $236,300

What you will do

• Provide hands-on leadership for Azure-based infrastructure, platform engineering, and DevOps capabilities.
• Architect and operate secure, highly available Microsoft Azure environments for regulated financial workloads.
• Lead Platform Engineering practices including CI/CD pipelines, IaC, automation, and SRE.
• Own operational execution for SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001:2022 compliance and audit readiness.
• Manage POD people-management responsibilities including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Partner with Product, Security, Compliance, and IT Operations teams to ensure delivery predictability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Platform Engineering, or DevOps.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Hands-on experience building and operating Azure platforms in regulated financial environments.
• Demonstrated ownership of SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001:2022 operational controls.
• Strong CI/CD, IaC (Terraform, Bicep, ARM), and automation experience.
• Experience leading teams including hiring, coaching, and performance management.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure Landing Zones and multi-subscription governance.
• Advanced DevOps and cloud-native architecture expertise.
• Experience with Azure SIEM and security tooling.
• Background in large-scale financial transaction platforms.
