Infrastructure Engineering Team Lead (Azure)

Location: Remote within the United States, excluding Alaska, Delaware, Hawaii, Mississippi, Nebraska, Montana, New Hampshire, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Salary: $168,800–$236,300 annually, plus eligibility for long-term incentive awards.

What you will do

• Lead Azure infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps, reliability, and operational execution for mission-critical financial systems.
• Architect and operate secure, scalable, highly available Azure environments for regulated workloads.
• Lead CI/CD, infrastructure as code, automation, observability, SRE, and platform security practices.
• Own SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001:2022 evidence, remediation, audit readiness, and control improvement.
• Manage a POD spanning DevOps, Compliance, and Release Management, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Partner with Product, Security, Compliance, Audit, and IT Operations on architecture, delivery risks, cost optimization, and release governance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Platform Engineering, or DevOps with increasing leadership responsibility.
• Hands-on experience building and operating Azure platforms in regulated financial environments and supporting large-scale, highly available transactional systems.
• Strong experience with CI/CD, Terraform, Bicep, ARM, automation, reliability engineering, and secure cloud architecture.
• Operational ownership of SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001:2022 controls, including audit evidence, remediation, and control validation.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Office 365 administration, SAFe Agile, POD leadership, hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• U.S. work authorization is required, and the role is unavailable in the listed excluded states and jurisdiction.
