Platform Engineer (Azure/Kubernetes/Go) (Developer Platforms): Developing and operating developer portals and self-service environments for clients with an accent on tool integration, Azure solutions, Kubernetes, and Go. Focus on designing reliable platform services, translating client needs into technical requirements, and maintaining security, compliance, availability, and performance.
Location: Schlieren, Switzerland; possibility to work from home with flexible working hours.

What you will do
- Develop and operate developer portals and self-service environments for clients.
- Customize and integrate development tools to meet client requirements.
- Support service operations and maintain high availability and performance.
- Work with clients to understand needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Maintain platform security and compliance while continuously improving platform processes and practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with software development, DevOps practices, CI/CD, containers, and infrastructure as code.
- Hands-on experience developing and implementing solutions in Azure.
- Expertise in Kubernetes and Go, plus familiarity with a range of development tools and platforms.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, customer focus, and attention to detail.
- Business-fluent German and English are required.
