Salary: $160,000–$220,000 base

What you will do

• Perform due diligence on private equity and private real assets co- and fund investment opportunities aligned to the fund mandate.
• Construct and manage an evergreen portfolio, including liquidity management across multiple underlying strategies.
• Own overall portfolio strategy and participate in discussions with existing and prospective investors.
• Monitor portfolio performance and manage external partnerships with underlying general partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams across Distribution, Finance, Legal, and Compliance.

Requirements

• 7–12+ years of relevant experience in private markets investing.
• Experience participating in fundraising discussions with prospective investors.
• Familiarity with risk management concepts related to portfolio construction.
• Experience in private equity or private real assets, depending on the fund mandate.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
