Salary: $185,000–$278,000 (base salary range)

What you will do
- Develop and continuously refine the enterprise multi-year finance strategy aligned to growth and transformation priorities.
- Own long-range financial planning, capital allocation, and capital structure strategy, including scenario planning and strategic stress-testing.
- Create and deliver strategic financial materials for the CFO, ELT, and Board, including investor-related reporting and data-driven narratives.
- Lead finance strategy capability as a center of excellence; standardize strategy processes, tools, and governance with FP&A, controllership, and corporate development.
- Partner with New Mountain Capital and other stakeholders on financial reporting, performance updates, and strategic communications.
- Mentor and develop finance talent to build a culture of rigor, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive finance experience across corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or management consulting, including people and organizational leadership.
- Proven track record as a strategic finance partner to a CFO/CEO/senior executive team with direct ownership of enterprise-wide financial strategy.
- Substantial experience leading M&A: deal evaluation, valuation, financial due diligence, and post-merger integration.
- Demonstrated experience building and leading long-range financial plans, capital allocation frameworks, and multi-year strategic roadmaps.
- Advanced financial modeling and valuation/analytical capabilities; fluency across capital markets, M&A, and corporate finance concepts.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience with enterprise planning, consolidation, and BI tools.
Nice to have
- MBA, CFA, or CPA.
- Experience in professional services, financial services, or similarly complex multi-entity organizations.
- Experience with enterprise planning platforms (e.g., Anaplan, OneStream, Adaptive Insights) and financial consolidation tools.
- Experience in a private equity-backed or newly public environment and familiarity with institutional investor expectations.
