What you will do

• Create, lead, implement, and manage short and long-term growth initiatives focused on revenue generation and profitability.
• Develop new market initiatives and assess business opportunities.
• Source, manage, and implement new business opportunities in collaboration with business unit leaders and the corporate M&A team.
• Participate in governance and monitoring of execution of business development initiatives.
• Perform financial feasibility studies and recommend new business opportunities.
• Identify market, client, and industry trends that impact growth plans and recommend solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of financial/securities industry experience in Capital Markets.
• Prior strategy experience from a top-tier consulting firm is a plus.
• Knowledge of Tokenized Assets and their impact on financial services is preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills with a focus on actions and outcomes.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and business units.
• Proven capability to interact with executives internally and externally.
