What you will do

• Support Galaxy’s highest-priority tier-1 accounts alongside senior leadership on live institutional engagements.
• Own client-facing materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, meeting briefs, and bespoke proposals.
• Contribute to deal outcomes end-to-end, from initial engagement through close.
• Drive post-meeting execution via note capture, follow-ups, and internal coordination to maintain deal momentum.
• Translate complex products and strategies into clear, compelling narratives tailored to institutional audiences.
• Build fluency across digital asset offerings (structured products, tokenization, custody/wallet infrastructure, and asset management) and champion AI adoption using AI tools to improve day-to-day productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, consulting, or similar roles.
• Proven ability to think strategically and execute with operational precision.
• Strong experience creating client-ready materials in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complexity into polished outputs.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills with strong attention to detail and adherence to brand standards.
