What you will do

  • Partner with executives and senior leadership to ensure compensation attracts the right talent and drives business outcomes.
  • Oversee annual compensation planning, including merit cycles, promotions, off-cycle changes, and executive compensation.
  • Design and maintain role classification and benchmarking to stay competitive with market trends.
  • Own the global equity program: equity pool planning, management, forecasting, and expansion.
  • Refresh and maintain hirify.global’s compensation philosophy across all roles.
  • Support broader People Operations priorities such as job architecture and leveling.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of compensation experience at a software company.
  • Experience building scalable compensation programs in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills (Google Sheets/Excel).
  • Deep understanding of compensation principles, including equity, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience using compensation survey tools (e.g., Radford).
  • Effective executive communication skills to present complex topics clearly.
