What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of global compensation professionals.
• Design and oversee global compensation philosophies and policies to ensure equitable and competitive pay.
• Manage short-term and long-term incentive plans, including equity administration to attract and retain talent.
• Support the Compensation Committee by preparing materials and coordinating content with external partners and stakeholders.
• Conduct detailed analyses of executive compensation programs and prepare proxy reporting, including the CD&A.
• Monitor equity usage, burn rate, and dilution analysis, partnering with finance on expense forecasts.

Requirements

• 15+ years of professional experience, with 5-7 years in a global matrixed organization.
• Deep expertise in broad-based global compensation and job framework architecture.
• Extensive background in executive compensation for U.S. public companies.
• Strong working knowledge of Finance, Accounting, and Benefits.
• Excellent analytical, project management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be based in New York, United States.
