What you will do

• Lead complex compensation analyses, market pricing, and salary recommendations.
• Provide expert consultation on job offers, pay decisions, and overall compensation strategies.
• Support the administration of executive and broad-based compensation programs.
• Drive compensation projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain compensation guidelines, tools, and reporting using HRIS.
• Mentor junior Compensation Analysts and collaborate with HR Business Partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Several years of progressive experience in compensation or HR consulting.
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles, market analysis, and salary administration.
• Proven experience leading projects and providing professional consultation.
• Must be based in or able to work in Springfield, IL (Hybrid).
