Salary: $112,700 – $189,400 per year

What you will do

  • Design and refine global salary structures, frameworks, and compensation programs using advanced market benchmarking and internal equity analysis.
  • Manage equity compensation programs, including plan design, administration, and alignment with overall strategy.
  • Lead the end-to-end annual compensation planning cycle, including scoping, data validation, and system configuration.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Finance to support competitive and compliant compensation decisions.
  • Develop and maintain compensation policy documentation, offer tools, and governance dashboards.
  • Ensure data quality and compliance by auditing compensation data within Workday and external survey platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in compensation, rewards, or HR analytics supporting program design.
  • Experience conducting market benchmarking and applying survey data to develop salary structures.
  • Proficiency in analyzing large data sets using spreadsheets and reporting tools to generate insights.
  • Experience working with HRIS/HCM systems, specifically Workday.

Nice to have

  • Proven experience co-leading an annual compensation planning cycle end-to-end.
  • Expertise in equity compensation program management, including vesting schedules and legal coordination.
  • Experience administering compensation programs on a global scale.
  • Project management experience within an HR or compensation context.
