What you will do

  • Oversee planning, execution, and completion of strategic customer-facing projects and product pilots.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and senior management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Define project goals, deliverables, and high-level work plans aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Manage project issues, risks, and scope changes to minimize impact on customer experience.
  • Lead initiatives to establish organizational best practices, templates, policies, and tools.
  • Coach and mentor junior Customer Delivery Managers.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in Project Management or Customer Delivery.
  • Experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States (verified via E-Verify).
  • Possession of a valid passport and ability to travel.
  • Technical proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Jira.

Nice to have

  • Professional Project Management (PMP) certification.
  • Fluency in Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese.
  • Experience within technical/engineering organizations or the government sector.
  • Experience negotiating vendor and client contracts.
