Senior Customer Delivery Manager (IoT)

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada, USA; flexible hybrid working model with in-person and virtual work supported.

What you will do

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of strategic customer-facing projects, product pilots, and implementations.
• Serve as the primary project contact for customers and senior management from initial concept through project closure.
• Define project goals, deliverables, work plans, milestones, and resource integration across cross-functional teams.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes, status reporting, and critical-path deliverables.
• Establish delivery practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships while collecting customer feedback and lessons learned.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate Customer Delivery Managers and project team members.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in project management or customer delivery.
• 5–8 years of experience working with business stakeholders in a cross-functional matrix environment.
• Strong project management, customer relationship management, leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading internal and external project resources and managing projects through completion.
• Technical competence with Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, and Jira.
• Ability to travel and a valid passport are required; candidates must be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Professional Project Management certification such as PMP.
• Fluency in Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese.
• Experience in a technical or engineering organization, the high-technology industry, or government.
• Experience negotiating vendor or client contracts.
