Delivery Manager (AI)

Location: Chicago, IL, United States; travel to client sites may be required up to 25%.

What you will do

• Manage large enterprise projects from initial communication through completion using agile principles.
• Lead cross-functional engagements across cloud, data, analytics, AI, application development, digital experience, and strategy.
• Gather requirements, estimate work, define milestones, assess risks, and maintain clear project scope.
• Lead standups, scrum ceremonies, project status meetings, retrospectives, and delivery reporting.
• Manage project scope, finances, schedules, deliverables, stakeholder expectations, and customer escalations.
• Build client relationships, provide executive updates, and drive continuous improvement in project delivery.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or in an equivalent role delivering technology implementations and large enterprise engagements.
• Consulting experience and experience communicating with executives.
• Strong technical understanding of software development and cloud technologies; GCP knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate client requirements into system functionality and project outcomes.
• Experience managing multiple projects and understanding technical designs, challenges, and risks.
• Scrum or Agile certification, knowledge of enterprise delivery frameworks such as SAFe and Waterfall, and a bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with GCP.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Google Workspace, Mavenlink, Asana, or similar project management and collaboration tools.
• Interest in developing regional delivery management teams.
