Senior Service Delivery Manager (Aerospace)

Location: San Francisco, California, United States; hybrid work requiring three days per week in the San Francisco office. Travel of up to 25% is required.

Salary: $144,500–$180,600 USD annual base salary for San Francisco. California locations outside San Francisco: $136,000–$170,000 USD. Additional discretionary short-term and long-term incentives may apply.

hirify.global designs, builds, and operates a large constellation of imaging satellites and provides cloud-based Earth observation data to commercial, environmental, and humanitarian users.

What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end delivery and implementation of complex ground systems and technology solutions.
• Lead strategic deployment and operational readiness for the commercial ground station network.
• Drive construction and infrastructure projects with external hosting providers.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle with Legal and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Build, forecast, and manage the annual operations budget with leadership and technical leads.
• Report project milestones and operational status while facilitating sprint planning and organizational alignment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant professional experience and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Previous technical program management or construction management experience.
• Strong organizational management and high-volume task prioritization skills.
• Basic programming, scripting, and data analysis skills.
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
• Access to export-controlled information is required; employment or contracting depends on eligibility without additional export licensing.

Nice to have

• Experience with Bash, Python, or other scripting or object-oriented languages.
• Experience with Linux or UNIX servers, IP networks, or aerospace systems.
• Innate curiosity.
