Digital & Technology Manager - Supply Chain

Location: Princeton, New Jersey, United States; hybrid work with work-from-home and on-site presence at client or company offices

What you will do

• Manage multiple supply chain technology projects involving digital platforms, data products, and IT processes.
• Lead the delivery of end-to-end technology solutions across BI reporting, analytics, AI, digital, big data, cloud, and master data management.
• Develop robust, scalable technical designs that balance architecture requirements with client needs.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore teams, including capacity planning, pricing estimates, project status reporting, and issue escalation.
• Advise clients on supply chain challenges, technology trends, innovation opportunities, and additional solutions.
• Coach cross-functional project teams and collaborate with architects, validation, and testing specialists.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, computer science, MIS, IT, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant hands-on IT services or consulting experience leading medium- to large-scale technology delivery engagements.
• At least 5 years of experience leading large delivery teams in the supply chain domain.
• Experience managing multiple supply chain projects, virtual global teams, and client relationships.
• Extensive experience with cloud and supply chain technologies such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Experience with supply chain planning tools such as Kinaxis, Anaplan, Aera, OMP, or similar, plus strong supervisory, coaching, and project management skills.
