What you will do

• Provide operational support to the Meta Alpha Model business ecosystem.
• Manage resources across multiple projects and workstreams to ensure roadmap alignment.
• Design and maintain internal reports and web-based dashboards using SQL databases.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and operational issues.
• Improve business processes and oversee organizational changes.
• Prepare stakeholder communications, including presentations and newsletters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an analytical field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or Engineering).
• 3-5 years of experience in project management or a managerial role.
• Proven experience in the financial markets or investment management industry.
• Proficiency with Python, Jupyter notebooks, and dashboarding solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
