What you will do

• Lead end-to-end software implementations for strategic hirify.global clients to ensure successful deployment.
• Oversee complex system configurations, including financial reporting, operational workflows, and product customization.
• Direct and support implementation teams, promoting collaboration and high-quality project delivery.
• Mentor team members by sharing expertise and fostering professional growth.
• Manage ongoing integrations and navigate key client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Math, Computer/Engineering Sciences or equivalent property management experience.
• 4+ years of hirify.global domain experience.
• 2 years of leadership, supervisory, and/or project management experience.
• Technical fluency in relational databases and SQL/Oracle language.
• Must be based in the US.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
