What you will do

• Manage the full project lifecycle from case definition and business requirements to production rollout.
• Facilitate strategic decisions across delivery workstreams to ensure adherence to firm standards and architecture.
• Lead change-the-bank initiatives with a significant focus on regulatory-driven changes.
• Implement and manage processes for risk management, including release management, UAT, and regression testing.
• Drive operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making using BI technologies like Tableau and Alteryx.
• Collaborate with business units to streamline processes and mitigate cost or service issues.

Requirements

• Master’s degree with 1 year of experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, Engineering Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in project management and change delivery methodologies.
• Ability to lead strategic decisions across multiple workstreams and manage diverse stakeholders.
• Experience defining roadmaps, establishing governance frameworks, and articulating business value propositions.
• Proficiency in data visualization and analytical tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, or Mixpanel.
• Experience drafting business requirements using tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Blueprint.
