Project Manager (Digital Assets)

Location: New York City, United States; required to work four days per week onsite at the office

Salary: $140,000–$200,000 annual base salary, plus discretionary annual target bonus, performance incentives, and benefits

What you will do

• Coordinate project delivery across multiple workstreams, track milestones, and escalate risks.
• Refine business requirements with stakeholders and product managers, identify gaps, and propose practical solutions.
• Prepare status reports, RAID logs, decision registers, and communications for senior leadership.
• Facilitate working sessions, stand-ups, and steering committees with cross-functional teams.
• Map current-state processes, define future workflows, and translate business needs into technology specifications.
• Track dependencies and resource constraints while helping develop project management frameworks, templates, and governance practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or COO office/business management within financial services, fintech, or another regulated industry.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, close requirements gaps, and deliver outcomes with limited supervision.
• Strong understanding of finance, operations, or trading workflows and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience engaging with and presenting to senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent.
• Curiosity about systems, platforms, technology, and operational tooling.

Nice to have

• CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2 Foundation, Agile, or Scrum certification.
• Familiarity with ITIL or COBIT frameworks and regulated or compliance-driven environments.
• Exposure to digital assets, blockchain, exchange operations, system implementations, integrations, or platform enhancements.
