Salary: $170,000 – $200,000 + discretionary annual target bonus

What you will do

• Coordinate and drive project delivery across various workstreams to ensure milestones are met.
• Refine business requirements by engaging stakeholders and proposing pragmatic solutions.
• Maintain project artifacts including status reports, RAID logs, and decision registers for senior leadership.
• Facilitate stand-ups and steering committees to maintain cross-functional alignment.
• Map current-state processes and translate business needs into clear specifications for technology teams.
• Contribute to the development of scalable project management frameworks and governance practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in project coordination or business analysis within financial services, fintech, or a regulated industry.
• Solid understanding of finance, operations, or trading workflows.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Must be based in New York City.

Nice to have

• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum).
• Familiarity with ITIL or COBIT frameworks.
• Prior exposure to digital assets, blockchain, or exchange operations.
• Experience working with technology teams on system implementations and integrations.
