What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to support new business, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
• Prepare and manage accurate quotes for hardware, software, subscriptions, and services.
• Manage deal registration and pricing approvals through various technology vendors.
• Coordinate with vendors such as Cisco, HPE, Dell, and Microsoft for pricing and availability.
• Track lead times and communicate supply chain constraints to sales teams and customers.
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Prior successful experience as an Inside Sales Representative or in technology support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• BS Degree in Business or a technology-related field.
• Experience working with major technology vendors and distributors.
• Understanding of licensing and subscription-based sales models.
