What you will do
- Develop and execute a solution-centric sales strategy for the Security product and services portfolio.
- Identify and close new business opportunities within both net-new and existing accounts.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key security vendors and partners.
- Collaborate with engineers and core sales teams to design and configure appropriate security solutions for clients.
- Manage the full opportunity workflow including pipeline creation, forecasting, and CRM tracking via Salesforce.
- Generate incremental margin for the assigned territory according to the established ramp schedule.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of sales experience within security or solutions sales organizations.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in New York, NY.
- Strong understanding of the cybersecurity market and solutions from vendors such as Palo Alto, Crowdstrike, Sentinel One, Zscaler, Fortinet, Microsoft Security, and Cisco Security.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM.
- Proven ability to maintain healthy C-level relationships and negotiate complex deals.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a talent for storytelling.
