What you will do
- Lead the design and execution of the North America technology roadmap aligned with business strategy.
- Modernize core platforms, customer-facing solutions, and data/AI capabilities.
- Build and implement a technology execution playbook to accelerate delivery and improve quality.
- Transform technology ways of working by optimizing vendor partnerships and product management.
- Champion AI-enabled DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and operational excellence.
- Partner with global architecture programs to implement strategic platforms across North America.
Requirements
- 15+ years of technology leadership experience, ideally in insurance or financial services.
- Proven experience leading large-scale technology transformations and modernizing delivery practices.
- Track record of executing technology roadmaps that deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
- Expertise in platform modernization, cloud adoption, and enterprise platform implementations.
- Deep understanding of modern product management, DevOps, and software development best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
