What you will do

• Set the vision and architecture strategy for enterprise integration services and product groups.
• Lead and mentor engineering managers while overseeing operations and technical execution.
• Partner with product management to align technology strategy with business outcomes.
• Drive the adoption of modern DevOps practices, observability, and engineering standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and define criteria for platform and technology selection.
• Recruit, develop, and sustain high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in a management or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated track record of recruiting and developing teams for next-generation platforms.
• Experience leading large-scale strategic projects and working with executive leadership.
• Background in information delivery, BI/analytic reporting, and enterprise data services.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
