What you will do
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive pipeline growth and revenue.
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities within SMB and mid-market manufacturing accounts.
- Lead consultative discovery meetings and on-site visits with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Solutions teams to design tailored automation systems.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to final contract execution.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to expand market presence.
Requirements
- Must be based in the U.S. and eligible to work without sponsorship.
- Proven success in full-cycle B2B sales with consistent revenue attainment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and industrial buying processes.
- Experience managing a geographic territory independently.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems.
- Ability to travel up to 75% within the assigned region.
