What you will do

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive pipeline growth and revenue.
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities within SMB and mid-market manufacturing accounts.
• Lead consultative discovery meetings and on-site visits with key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Solutions teams to design tailored automation systems.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to final contract execution.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to expand market presence.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S. and eligible to work without sponsorship.
• Proven success in full-cycle B2B sales with consistent revenue attainment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and industrial buying processes.
• Experience managing a geographic territory independently.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems.
• Ability to travel up to 75% within the assigned region.
