What you will do
- Develop a deep understanding of customer business objectives to communicate value and identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders ranging from end users to executive leadership.
- Execute account plans that drive adoption, retention, and long-term partnership success.
- Manage the full sales cycle for assigned accounts, including pipeline management, forecasting, and contract closure.
- Partner with internal teams like Product, Professional Services, and Support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Proactively identify health risks and develop success plans to minimize churn.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US
- Proven success in account management, consultative sales, or business development within enterprise software.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology solutions to business outcomes.
- Experience using CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Nice to have
- Experience working with manufacturing customers and understanding of manufacturing operations.
- Bachelor's degree.
