Location: Must be based in or able to commute to New York, NY (Hybrid: 3x in office/week)

What you will do

• Act as the primary strategic partner to the Client Success leadership team to address operational needs.
• Design and implement Client Success strategy, including growth targets, account segmentation, and quota setting.
• Establish and monitor OKRs and KPIs to ensure team performance and actionable insights.
• Manage the operating cadence for upsell and renewal pipelines, including forecasting and risk mitigation.
• Develop a customer health score model using complex qualitative and quantitative data sources.
• Project-manage cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Network, and Technology teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Deep analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Strategic thinking and ability to articulate long-term value creation.
• Supreme organization and persistence in driving projects to completion.
• Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and structured thinking for ambiguous challenges.
