Senior Manager of Insights (Healthcare)

TL;DR

Salary: $175,000 - $195,000

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end thought leadership process from hypothesis and data analysis to the final insight.
• Partner with leadership to identify unique perspectives on the healthcare system.
• Translate complex data into compelling presentations and narratives.
• Create content for demand generation across webinars, website, and social media.
• Brief and prepare executives for speaking opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Data teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in rigorous analytics and storytelling (e.g., consulting, finance, BI).
• 2+ years of experience with SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation.
• Ability to simplify complex data points into clear, memorable narratives.
• Experience conducting third-party academic and industry research.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
• Confidence in briefing and preparing senior leaders.
