What you will do

• Collect and analyze quantitative data to monitor the operational health of the Practice Success business unit.
• Partner with leadership to identify areas for continuous improvement based on data and qualitative feedback.
• Maintain and update project plans, schedules, and team playbooks using project management tools.
• Map existing business processes and identify opportunities for workflow optimization.
• Coordinate information flow between internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Build presentations and data visualizations to communicate team updates to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience within healthcare.
• Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, Visio, Tableau, and Google platform.
• Strong project management and process engineering skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with value-based care models.
• Experience working with top-tier electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Experience with Miro, Jira, and Monday.com.
