Salary: $70,000–$85,000 annually.

What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and refine business and data requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, epics, and technical specifications.
• Perform data analysis, source-to-target mapping, and validation using SQL.
• Support data profiling, quality monitoring, and lineage to ensure system reliability.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for requirements clarification throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and improve team documentation and backlog management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a data engineering or analytics environment.
• 2+ years of experience working with healthcare data (e.g., claims, EMR, HEOR, SDOH).
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data exploration and validation.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in Agile Scrum environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, public health, economics, or related discipline.
