What you will do

• Develop and execute enterprise AI/ML strategies and roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives and federal agency priorities.
• Conduct strategic research on AI/ML technologies and market trends to inform investment and implementation decisions.
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies and executive-level communications.
• Design human-centered AI adoption frameworks prioritizing user experience, ethical practices, and organizational change.
• Create executive briefings, KPI frameworks, and stakeholder engagement plans to demonstrate ROI.

Requirements

• US Citizenship is required with the ability to obtain a Public Trust 5 security clearance.
• 4+ years of experience in strategic consulting or corporate strategy.
• 2+ years of experience with AI/ML strategy, digital transformation, or healthcare technology implementation.
• 2+ years of experience applying human-centered design to AI product development and change management.
• 3+ years of experience developing KPI frameworks for AI initiatives, including ROI and adoption metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Advanced coursework or certifications in AI, machine learning, or emerging technologies.
• Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience with strategic partnerships, alliance management, or joint venture development.
