What you will do

• Redesign processes for customer payment methods to accelerate cash conversion.
• Research, vet, and onboard vendors for integrating AI agents into customer-facing operations.
• Develop internal predictive analytics models to identify payment risks with high accuracy.
• Lead quality task forces to ensure service excellence for major customers.
• Manage operational agent teams and handle direct customer interactions.
• Identify and implement improvements for front-line operational workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong curiosity and ability to analyze problems from first principles.
• Hands-on approach to problem-solving, including front-line testing and dogfooding.
• Tenacity and persistence when dealing with uncertainty and unfamiliar situations.
